15.10. Parts not classified with the complete good
If a particular part cannot be classified with the complete good by either of these two ways, the part will be classified:

within headings that describe the part in its own right |

2 |
within headings that cover parts for complete goods that are classified within a number of headings |
|
3 |
within headings that cover parts for the complete goods that are classified within a particular chapter, or |
|
4 |
within headings that cover materials-related areas of the Nomenclature. |
