Hello Everyone
Welcome to Module 1 of the 2026 DHL Customs Training Program.
Just to update you on a number of matters.
- Firstly, you should have recieved an invitation to the first and subsequent online sessions. Make sure you include these dates and times in your calendars.
- Secondly, I have released the first four chapters of the Study Guide for the first Module. At this stage please just review chapter 3 in particular. We will discuss this and the other chapters in further detail on Tuesday.
- Finally, I have also released the first activity. It is a discussion forum on what are the four most important INCOTERMs in your work. There are a couple a DHL resources that I have attached to the question to assist with your answers.
